Exhibitor´s information

ASSEMBLY TIMES

Tuesday  May 31  May from 8:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.

Wednesday June 1 ST from 8:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.

Please consider the assembly schedule since there will be NO additional time, in case of requiring more time it is necessary to inform the contacts of the Cancún Convention Center (ICC)  directly so that they can pay the corresponding extra time.

At the end of the assembly schedule at 22:00 hrs, no material or equipment will be allowed access to the exhibition area.

For safety reasons, workers will NOT be allowed to wear shorts or T-shirts, in order to avoid accidents and comply with the rules of the premises.

It is important that you consider that to have access to the assembly you must have paid your reservation at 100%

DISMANTLING SCHEDULES

Friday June 4 th  from 17:00 hrs ending at 23:59 hrs

At the end of the dismantling, there will be NO active safety devices and the room will be delivered to the Cancún Convention Center (ICC), without any responsibility for the materials or equipment that still remain inside the space.

During the days of assembly, event and dismantling, the staff of T & C Exposiciones will be located in the module of attention to exhibitors.
