WSRM is strongly committed to investing in the future generation of Reconstructive Microsurgeons throughout the world. 

To further this commitment the WSRM is proud to announce the inaugural “Young Microsurgeons Lecture” to be awarded to a young, promising surgeon who has a history of innovations and promise of advancing the field of reconstructive microsurgery.

The Young Microsurgeons Lecture will be given at the WSRM Biennial Congress and awarded $5,000 USD which is to be used for travel and housing to attend the WSRM Biennial Congress.

Criteria:

  • 45 years of age or younger
  • History of innovations and promise of advancing the field of reconstructive microsurgery
  • Must be an Active WSRM member
